I've got a cold and am rather miserable. It's one of my gym days and I'm pretty sure I'm going to drag myself in, but I'm really dreading it. I'll have to wipe everything down very carefully too.
Probably not the best idea. Is there a way you can work out some at home while you are feeling sick? I'm sure there are probably others that go when they are sick but shouldn't.
I wouldn't go to the gym while I was sick because I don't want to infect other people with my germs. I would probably just try and do a quick work-out at home.
I don't go to the gym at all, I'm ashamed to say. Having said that, I used to go, until the cost became prohibitive, then we bought our own treadmill to use at home. Take care, and don't overdo things while you're not 100% fit.
I went. I wiped down everything I touched, and I'm not coughing or sneezing at the moment so it was all ok. I am actually very glad I went as I felt much better for a little while.
