Aromatic Basil

I stepped outside my front door Saturday and was greeted by the most wonderful smell of sweet basil. It's almost time to harvest and dry so I'm looking forward to the aroma of my kitchen when I bring it inside. It's a natural air freshener. Don't you think?

That's the good thing about growing fresh herbs, especially in your kitchen. It's nice to have all those fresh smells going on not to mention having herbs right at your fingertips.
