I went to the doctor last Friday because of recurring colds, and she told me that it's chronic sinusitis. She prescribed antibiotics and a nasal spray. I forgot to ask if aromatherapy can be used to help improve sinus condition.
I don't know but it's something I would love to know. I'm having the same issue and I'm tired of taking antibiotics! I wish there was something we could use that was natural. Most smells really bother me though when I'm having sinus issues.
