61 Point Meditation

My yoga teacher always does a 61 point meditation in class. We lie on our backs with our eyes closed and focus on different points of our bodies. We start with the head and work our way down, including each arm down to the fingertips and each leg down to the toes. Then we work our way back up. It's very relaxing and keeps you in touch with your body.
