    I just finished reading Brain Respiration written by Ilchi Lee. It's a good and inspiring book I think, though many of the exercise and meditation techniques explained in this book based on the ancient Indian and Chinese concepts of cakras and meridians, instead of new concepts.

    Have you ever tried fasting? It is often prescribed for body detoxification. Actually, it is the cheapest way of body detox. I try to do fasting twice a month. I cannot observe the detoxing effect, but I notice that my digestion works much better after I fast.

    Organic?

    Do you think it is necessary to grow herbs organically? I think it will be great if you don't use chemical fertilizers and pesticides when growing herbs, especially because the plants are to consume.
