hello again the tincture became 2 liquids. the white is inulin. do i decant and bottle these 2 liquids seperatly or do i mix them and then bottle....which mens they would need shaking each time before use?

Hello I made a 1:2 alcohol tincture of fresh dandelion root. Half the container has a clear brown liquid as to be expected and the lower half of the container is milky white. Is the white fluid medicinal? It smells fine. thanks
