I had an ex-fiance send me three dozen roses once. It sounds romantic but the scent was so overpowering it made me nauseous. If he had done that more often before he might not have been an ex.

I saw the same article about coffee being good for you in Psychology Today. I put it on my fridge. I get very miserable without coffee and don't see any reason to give it up at my age.

I've been running a temp of about 99.5 for most of the last two weeks. I've gotten chills on a number of occasions too. I'm sick of my doctor's office and don't really want to go. Eating is fine so any chance it will just pass?

I can see how this can be true. It's especially true if it's the reason someone is overweight. That one guy that just lived on McDonalds for a documentary ended up really sick at the end of the month.

I eat very late because I read in bed after 11pm and if I eat before 9pm I'll end up getting out of bed and eating something because my empty stomach won't let me sleep. My metabolism is pretty quick.

I'm not sleeping enough. I'll go a few days with four hours of sleep and then sleep most of a day away. I'd love to change my patterns but maybe it's just me getting older.

I think I've had one in the last six years but I'm not sure. It's not usually something I worry about. Natural clumsiness usually keeps me up to date all by itself. :rolleyes:

My cat used to drink from the sink but that got too annoying. She'd spend a large part of the day crying by the bathroom door. (It didn't help that I spoiled her.) I'll look into the cat milk but she's stuck with 2% in my cereal!

I was at the store the other day and they had bouquets for $1 mixed in with the $5 and $10 ones. A lady in line was saying her friend bought herself a dozen roses every week. I'll buy the $1 ones but roses? A little pricey! :)

I got a really good coupon for Tide pods in the mail but I'm afraid to try them. Has anyone here tried the pods? It just seems like so much could go wrong-not bursting, lumping on clothes, that I'm afraid to try.

I think it's because a lot of women don't have the guts to say they prefer to be alone. That's what they basically are when they hook up with a guy in prison. They should just buy some good books if they need the fantasy.

The placebo effect is very effective. That's worrying to me because I'd hate to think I'm taking placebos and being told I'm on medication. (Shows you how much I trust my doctors, huh?)
