So, I have recently started getting pain in my upper back, in between my shoulders. It hurts more when I use the computer. Is there anyway to heal it, while still being able to use the computer 4-5 hours a day?
So, I have read before that warm milk helps people get to sleep. Is this true with warm soymilk? I believe it does, but am not sure...I have trouble sleeping quite often, would warm soymilk help out?
