What powder or vitamin are you referring to? I like the idea of drinking this three times a day. It seems like a good routine, but I'd like to know what powder I should specifically use.

I think I'm going to focus on positive thinking first thing in the morning, then keep working throughout the day to improve the situation. I think it's very hard to deal with death of a loved one, but I know they wouldn't want my to be sad forever.

I like this smell when I order Starbucks. I always get the pumpkin spice coffee when it is in season. I think I'll start making coffee to fill my house with good scents.

The beeswax combination sounds good. My skin is really sensitive, so I wouldn't try the alcohol kind for myself. No matter what, I just want to stay hygienic and not smell, lol.
