    Stress-Related Nape Tension and Pain

Eucalyptus is a great relaxer and stress reliever. A couple drops of eucalyptus on the palms will soothe the entire body. Lavender candles or lavender sachets under the pillow are also good stress relievers.

    Itching but no fleas!

Olive oil is good. I give my dog brewer's yeast for his dry skin. I'm not sure if you can give brewer's yeast to cats but you might check with a vet.

    Waterless Soap?

I make my own hand sanitizer using a recipe I got off of the internet. I really like it. I change up the essential oils in it to get whatever scent I want.

    Candle Making With the Kids

There are several different types of candle making kits available in craft stores. They are a great way to introduce your children to the art of candle making. After they have worked with them for awhile you can decide whether they are old enough for a bigger project.

    Hugging and Your Health

Truly authoritative sources for herbal information?

The lack of a good resource is one thing that kept me from trying herbals for so long. I don't have any good resources near me locally and, as Stargazer mentioned, you don't know how much of what you read on the internet can be trusted. That is why I was glad when I found Herbalist Hut.

To the potion makers: Queen of Hungrey Water, best recipes?

I had never heard of this until reading this post. I found a couple places on the internet where you can order it but no recipes. I have never tried to make my own potions. It does seem like it would be interesting to try sometime.

    Buying essential oils

I get my essentials from Young Living Essential Oils. I really like the quality of their oils and they have been very good about answering any questions I have about individual oils and their uses.

    Too Much!

I have the same problem in the air freshener aisle and also the perfumes and cologne. I even have a problem if the person in front of me in church is wearing a perfume or aftershave that is too strong.
