    Interesting. I saw a doctor on CNN once, who was treating people for depression and he was giving them Omega-3 Fish Oil capsules. He said they were doing very well. Omega-3 is also good for lowering cholesterol levels and reducing inflammation, which can cause pain. Cheers.

    I would start taking some time released iron pills every other day for about two weeks. Also Vitamin D, every three days for a week or so. Eat green vegetables, beets and if you like it, liver. V-8 juice would be good as well. Take good care.
