Since giving birth to my daughter a year ago I have experienced a lot of hair loss, at first I assumed it was from hormonal changes but now after a year it's still the same or maybe worse.
Dies anyone know what kind of supplements could help with this?
I would like to start taking it in place of Zoloft for my mild depression and anxiety but I'm unsure whether it safe to use while breastfeeding, as soon as I am done breastfeeding my daughter I will definitely start taking it.
Is your doctor concerned about the baby? I think some people just don't gain weight especially if they were overweight before getting pregnant.
If you are still trying to gain weight I would recommend high quality foods such as avacado or cheese.
I've purchased my vitamins and supplements both online from Swanson vitamins and Amazon but I've noticed that some things are cheaper from vitacost.
Where is the best quality with a good price place to purchase?
I do not have my tubes tied nor would I ever get them tied. There are other forms of birth control that are less invasive and easily reversible if you change your mind such as iud's.
All three of my sister in laws had their tubes tied and then regretted it later on.
Have you ever heard of someone doing it longer? I'm sure as with most things you won't see a result until you've done it awhile.
Some of the story's I read about oil pulling they had great results such as clearing up acne, healing gum diseases and helping with sinus problems.
We stayed in all day yesterday, while somewhat boring it was also nice and relaxing.
We had planned on going to the park to watch fireworks and let the kids play but it rained the whole day ;(.
Wow that's an amazing difference! Than you so much for sharing this.
I'm also curious to know if anyone has personal experience using castor oil on their eye lashes?
I love vanilla also, it smells so homey and feminine.
I also love lavender for its relaxing qualities. At night I'll put a couple drops into my baby's bath or rub on the bottom of her feet to help her relax and sleep. It works wonders!
Does anyone here practice oil pulling? The small amount if research I've done on it I have learned its an ancient Ayurvedic practice of pulling and swishing oil in your mouth to rid yourself of toxins.
I tried it for approximately a week with no results but I'm sure I probably need to stick it...
Stay away from carbs, sugar and most processed foods.
I also take b complex vitamins for extra energy. Make sure your eating well, getting a lot of exercise and drinking plenty of water.
I believe that homemade soap is so much better than what we can purchase in stores, if you read the ingredients on those items half of them I can`t even pronounce so I don`t want to put them on my body!
I used to have a lot of house plants before I had children now I find that they try to mess with them way too much and for me the hassle far outweighs the benefits .
I`m really hoping as my kids get older we`ll be able to enjoy house plants in our home again!
