Default Foods to Soothe Sore Muscles

While doing random search, I came across an article listing foods that can help fight off muscle pains usually caused by working out or doing heavy exercise. Blueberries, tart cherries, pomegranates and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties, so the next time you feel your muscles aching after hitting the gym, you might want to have one of these foods.

Myrrh, thanks for sharing this great information! I would rather eat a bowl of blueberries than take a Motrin or other pain reliever. I will give this a try after my next weight lifting session.

This info came at the right time. I am sore from working outside yesterday. I just happen to have some blueberries in the fridge so will be sure to have me some this morning.
