A recent study conducted by researchers at Tufts University suggested that people who eat yogurt are more likely to be eating healthier foods. Based on the participants' responses on a 126-item questionnaire, the researchers found out that those who ate yogurt consumed more fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, and whole grains and ate less processed meats and refined grains.

That's an interesting study Cassia. I've always eaten yogurt and as many fruits, veggies, fish, nuts and whole grains as possible. I guess it just stands to reason, if you don't like the healthy stuff, then you won't eat yogurt. Did it say anything about frozen yogurt?

Then they didn't study me. I like yogurt because it tastes good, not because I'm on a health kick. I typically eat what tastes good to me. Fortunately, most of that is actually good for me.
