When Do We Need Cleansing?

Another question would be how often do we need cleansing? What are the factors that would tell us that we need cleansing? Do we need to wait for these signs to appear or should we have regular cleansing?

Are you talking about internal cleansing/detoxing? If so then I think whenever you feel sluggish or out of sorts is a good time. All it needs is to lay off the alcohol, caffeine and sugars for a couple of days, eat fresh unprocessed food and go for walks. It does the trick for me.

Cleansing is important because the organs of the body need some kind of rest. Just as we eagerly look forward to rest on a Sunday so also our organs need some rest. When we undertake cleansing the intake is minimal which gives the much needed rest to our organs. They recuperate during the cleansing period and work with redoubled vigor the next time.

You need cleansing when your body slows down, you feel sluggish and most importantly your body doesn't eliminate as often or as completely as it should.

Cleansing once a month is ideal. You need not wait for symptoms. Just do it religiously every month. That way you'll be giving your body the much needed rest. The body recuperates doing this period.
