Wheatgrass

Has anyone heard of or tried wheatgrass? I think it comes in tablets, capsules and powder (which you mix with water to make a nutritional drink)...What are its major health benefits?

I had a sample of wheat grass juice and it tasted amazing! I'm sure their was fruit mixed in but it was great. I would only take it fresh though. That's always the best in my thought. I wouldn't want wheat grass powder that has been on the shelf for who knows long. I know it's good for energy but I think it might be an overall health thing. I plan on getting a juicer that works with wheat grass. It also helps cats digest better. My cat loves it. I'm wondering if it works well with our digestive systems too.

Wheatgrass is supposed to be amazingly good for health. I bought some seeds to grow my own, but I keep forgetting to get the soil and container I need to grow it in. I can't remember what the nutrients are that it contains, but it's supposed to be loaded with them.
