What to take for fatigue?

After a bout with a nasty sinus infection a few weeks ago, I still can't shake the fatigue that came along with it. What vitamins can I take to get my energy level back up to par?

Your body has been through a trama and needs that sleep.

You can add an adaptogen. Such as siberian ginseng. Adaptogens can assist your body functioning back to normal, or balance, as you experience stress physically or environmentally.

Wanderingherb, is that the same as ginseng I would find in the vitamin aisle or do I have to go buy it somewhere special? Can I get it in a tea version or anything?

B6 is great for increased energy. Your body may be depleted from some essential vitamins due to having been sick. B12 is another vitamin that can increase energy. I agree that you probably need to catch up on your rest, too.
