You maybe, maybe I could incoperate this somehow into a science project for my 11 year old daughter. I'll bet not a lot of people know this. I didn't know this.

I never knew about it and I would try it but oddly we had our last set of eggs this morning for breakfast. I guess we will be waiting until after the next shop day.

Richard - Using that for a kid's science project is a great idea! I'll have to remember this little factoid for when my daughter is school age.
