stomach diseases

How common are these? I have two different friends right now with pretty much nothing in common (but me) who are both dealing with some type of stomach disease which their doctors are trying to rule out. I have never known anyone to have one before so I am quite clueless here.

Evidently they are pretty common chabella because I have a friend who is going through the same thing. Her doctor is in the process of ruling out the most common diseases and she has just recently had her gall bladder out. We're hoping that things will settle down for her now with meds and a change of diet.

Stomach diseases are actually really common, and may be becoming more common because of the poor diet that many people have. I hope your friends are able to get some relief soon.
