Skinny Mama Cat

We had a cat take up with us that had kittens. She is wild and you can't do anything with her or the babies. She is too thin. Does anyone know of something I can give her to help her get the weight back on? I think the babies are too big and need to be weaned from her, but she still nurses them.

You need to find a way to separate them and get her to a vet to get a checkout. We had a mama cat years ago that was like this and the separating was the hard part, getting her to the vet was fine and the vet told us to keep them totally separated for a month (it worked).

I do not envy you the effort of seperating them. She is going to clase the ever-living God out of you. Personally I would try presenting lots of fatty foods mixed with vitamins before trying a seperation.
