People And Their Labels

Am I the only one who's getting kind of tired of the labels put on people? I think it's counterproductive in a way when you immediately label a person without really getting to know them first.

I know exactly what you mean. My friend's partner has just lost her job and is finding it difficult to even get an interview for another because of the way she looks. She has tattoos and piercings, which make people immediately label her as unintelligent and aggressive but she is the opposite! A more caring, clever and empathetic girl I have yet to meet.

I agree! I do think that you have to think about how the world will perceive you though. I don't judge people by their looks but so many people do.

People are idiots, labels included. I barked off at someone this week for being a tool doing this exact same thing. Then it turns out the person thought it was "all in good fun". I never understand people sometimes.
