I guess I will also have to do some Google search to learn more about sciatica.Definitely sounds like sciatica. The best thing to do for that is lay on your back with your feet on the floor and your knees bent. Keeping your knees together, rotate them to one side and hold for 30 seconds, then do the same on the other side. Also, lift one leg at a time with your knee to your chest and hold for 30 seconds. Those stretches take some of the pressure off the nerve and help to realign everything.
