Natural Super Sources

Its wonderful that drug companies have given us these all encompassing vitamins. But they are unnatural and often not the perfect form, nor perfectly absorbed.

Are there natural super foods that provide large amounts of vitamins and minerals in a relatively small volume of food?

Acai and pomegranate juice are said to be "super" foods. They are supposed to be highly nutritious.

I am not fond of eating pomegranates. Now that I know that it is highly nutritious then I would include it as a regular dessert.

I heard that the Durian fruit is also considered as a super fruit.

Have you tried walnuts? Yes, walnuts are nutritious and quite healthy too. These dry fruits supply all the vitamins needed for a good health. Take 2 to 4 walnuts daily and see the results for yourself. I'm waiting for your feedback.
