I am looking for a natural source of Absorbic acid that will retain the properties in a lotion that can then be topically applied to the skin. I am also looking for natural sources of beta carotene besides carrots.
Thanks for the list. Do you know if the benefits would still be there if I were to dehydrate the fruits and veggies and then add them to a topical lotion?
I may just have to experiment and see for myself.
