Natural methods to good sleeping

For the one who has a snorer in the bed. there is a new product out there that is a dental bite block that lifts the jaw providing a jaw thrust action. This helps if the snoring is caused by the tounge relaxing into the airway. For the nasal clogged snorer there is a product that is basicaly tape that holds the nairs open. I imagine an antihistamine might help that as well. Part of my job was doing sleep studies. We were putting patients on Bi-pap machines but many could not stand the confinement of the treatment. We found that sometimes these other snore aids can be effective as well. Removing tonsils and adnoids and occasionally removing fatty neck deposites were some of the surgical interventions. My philosophy is to always start with the simplist and easiest and cheapest way to get snore free.
