Multi?

Do you take a daily multi-vitamin? Or do you take specific vitamins that's not a multi? I prefer to take a multi as it seems to work really well for me. But I sometimes throw in an extra vitamin c during cold season.

I take a multi, fish oil, and calcium. I don't usually take anything extra, but if I feel a cold coming on I have been known to pop a vitamin C.

Since my first child I have taken prenatal type's, it seems that I have outgrown my iron issue but I still lack some others. I am working to get a little more health each year but people are sometimes surprised that I am still as slim as I am with what I can consume food wise, I am sure it will catch up to me sooner or later too, so for now, what I miss food wise I try to make up for if I can.
