I have recently started taking Milk Thistle tablets also known as Silymarin. It is supposed to help your liver stay healthy and I'm playing it safe as I probably drink too much! Does anyone know how to ensure that I buy the best form of this herb?
I always buy my stuff from the health food store and make sure it is labeled USDA Organic. What form did you buy it in capsules? Make sure you check the date on anything you buy as well.
