I always have melatonin on hand for sleepless nights, but I recently read that L-Theanine helps to quiet the mind and promote relaxation. I was happy to find a supplement that had both melatonin and L-Theanine in one pill! It worked to make me sleep well and relax me, but I have only taken it once. We will see how it does when I have my usual PMS related insomnia.
