Mammograms

For any of the ladies who have had mammograms, I'd like to know how much it hurts. I'm coming up on the age of having to get one annually and I am afraid it's going to be unbearably painful. I've seen video of it being done and it looks just awful.

From what other lady friends have told me its something that does in fact hurt but its something you just need to deal with. I have read its not nearly as painful as a headache but for some reason I do not believe that.
