I'm not sure. Some people have, some haven't. I've heard mixed experiences, but I definitely don't think it's as life-shattering a deal as she makes it out to be. Hulda Clarke makes it sound like you will die or get terrible sick if you don't follow the liver flush instructions down to the exact detail. You really won't.
I never take the morning dose of epsom salt. I always take the two night doses though.
Also, the best results on these cleanses have been the ones I took a lot of time to prepare ahead of time, for example, the time I juice fasted on apple juice all day. This supposedly softens the junk within your liver and helps it flush out easier (because of the acid in the apples). I can't speak on the science of how this works, but I can say that those were some of the most successful flushes.
About the parasite cleanse, it's sort of a chicken and egg thing in my opinion. A clogged up, unhealthy liver can't aid the body in eliminating parasites, and the liver can often have parasites. So which you do first is maybe a matter of preference. I can say that I did parasite cleansing first, but that I didn't actually begin getting parasites out of me until way later, after I had changed to a healthier diet and done multiple liver flushes.
Be prepared though, I did have parasites and I did see them. It's gross, I know, but better just to face it and get them out. I had absolutely no idea that I had them and was just doing the cleanses as a precaution. A lot of people have them, unfortunately, especially if you've ever been around pets. HUMAWORM is a good brand of herbal parasite killers if you want to use one--but having an alkaline diet that is free of processed foods and rich in vegetables and fruits is the best way to prevent them, in my opinion.
