What is your least favorite veggie? I am a vegetarian and I love most vegetables, but I just can't eat brussel sprouts or cauliflower. My mom forced them on me when I was a kid and I guess I was scarred for life, lol.
Not sure about vegetables, but I cannot stand olives with a passion. But that is a fruit technically. I will have to think about a bad vegetable. I never tried kale or collard greens.
Well, hear this: I am allergic is a lot of fruits and some vegetables I have to take vitamin tables to get enough vitamins in me. And I am not making this up. It is for this reason I have everything that gives me an allergic reaction.
I remember that other vegetable now! It is called escarole and I used to dislike it till I tasted this one sauteed in olive oil with some pine nuts. It was yummy!
