Is there a way where we can determine if we are lacking vitamins and essential minerals in our body? For example, how can I know if I am lacking calcium already? It might be too late for me to know if I broke a bone because of calcium deficiency.
The best bet would be ask your general doctor. I do not know of any home remedies. Well, I do know they exist for some things, but not sure how/what to do for what. Hope that makes sense.
Ah well, the doctor has always the last word when it comes to my health. I have no problems with that but I was just thinking if there is a way where we can check vitamin deficiency of our body by ourselves.
Well, I am not sure about that but some people said that there are signs like the colors of your finger nails and your eyes that indicate vitamin levels in your body.
