I have heard the healing properties of acupuncture. How often can we have this kind of therapy? Will there be side effects if we have too much of this therapy?
I do not know of any adverse reactions from going too often. I do have a friend who goes to his chiropractor weekly or bi-weekly, and has acupuncture done at the same time.
I think it's OK to have chiropractic and acupuncture done at the same time, as both treat your body differently. My friend also get acupuncture treatment weekly and that's what her acupuncturist advised.
