How can I make herbal cream with coconut oil

Hello!
I have a herbal powder mixture for swedish bitter and want to make a herbal cream from it.
The original recipe is: 50 grams of the mixture is mixed in a bottle with 750 ml grain alcohol and left to stay in a sunny place for 20 days.

I have the following ingredients:

• 50 grams of swedish bitter
• 1 jar 500 ml pure coconut oil
• 1 bottle of cold pressed olive oil
• 1 botle distilled water

Can someone tell me how can I use these or some of these to make a swedish bitter cream for external use?
