What is the best way to dry herbs that will be used for making tea? Do you leave them in the sun or just in a drafty place? I've never done this before and any advice would be appreciated.
I've used a dehydrator before. Another way that was taught to me is to use the brown paper lunch bags. Place the herbs in them upside down so they do not touch the bottom of the bag and to hang on the window.
I've actually heard of something similar, thanks for the advice. I don't want to invest in this too much I just need to dry some herbs I have right now.
