Detox exercises

I ran across this article about exercises that help you with detoxifying your body. I thought some of you might be interested in seeing it.

Thanks for the link to the article. I see that it's mostly yoga or yoga-like exercises. I will definitely give it a try since I'm on sort-of detox diet recently and this workout seems very gentle. I need some gentle workout because I had a bad cold recently and I still don't feel 100% healthy.
 
I find child's pose to be incredibly detoxing, energetically and stress-wise. I need to do poses more often, thanks so much for the reminder. :)

I love my pilates classes. I always feel better afterwards. Not only does it detox but helps the core muscles stay strong and functioning properly. It gives you a good stretch too.
