Creeping Charlie

Creeping Charlie is normally used as a ground cover, but is a member of the mint family. After reading about this the other day, folks of long ago used it as a herb in soups and stews. Do any of you use this today and if so, how?

Interesting! I don't have any of this. I cannot wait to hear what others use it for. I might have to add it to my herb garden next year. I love the smell of mint! Is it a strong smell?

Where does Creeping Charlie grow? Would it survive in Florida (zone 9)? I'm looking for some ground cover to replace grass and a light minty smell would be nice too.
