I know there are dozens of reasons to use this but I have only needed it for sinus infections, what else can it be used for? I am really not fond of vinegar or cider (the smell drives me nuts) but if I need it I will use it.
It makes a great conditioner when diluted with water. Perhaps some essential oils added to it can help with the smell. Apple cider vinegar is also supposed to help take away bug bite itch when you dab some on it, but I haven't tried that one yet.
I know that the raw organic Apples Cider vinegar (with the mother in it) is good to use on your animals not to mention that dozens of good things it is used for on humans. Just go on line and you can find out all you want.
