Anti-aging herbs

Are there any herbs that assist with anti-aging? Now that I'm getting older I've been thinking about a natural way to slow down this inevitable process.

Great article. Thanks for the link, SuzyQ. And you're right - finding a natural way to prevent aging would be like stumbling across a gold mine. I do think there is a lot to be said for natural remedies though. Doctors in mainstream medicine are too reliant on the pharmaceutical industry.

Nice information here. Nearly all women wish to eradicate wrinkles. I think there are natural anti aging creams, which can be used to reduce wrinkles. Even there are lots of demands for this kind of product.
