    Teas That Help Stress and Mood

    Green tea gets me relaxed. I don't focus on my ego so much and I start to feel free of all the stress and such. Other teas give me the effect as well but green tea is definitely the best.

    I would start by not consuming any more toxics into your body! Drink water and cut out all the processed food. If man made it, don't eat it! So technically start Paleo diet.

    Blueberries and carrots improve vision from what I have heard. I think it's the vitamin E or A in them. Caffeine increases alertness so that could temporarily make you see better. Some green tea would be the best option for caffeine.

    Tell him to make his form better and use a weight lifting belt. His other lifts will suffer from back injuries so stopping deadlift is the easiest way to improve his workouts.

    I want to live as long as I enjoy life. If you are not enjoying life, what is the point of living? Maybe all the vitamins really help and I am still a healthy man when I am 90 years old, who knows?

    Take them seperately. That way you can take much of one specific vitamin instead of taking many complexes which will give you too much of those vitamins you don't even need.

    Cabbage can be good, I have tried broccoli though and found that helping quite much. I gotta try cabbage sometimes, tell me if it works!

    I don't find any other cure than sleeping :D Take a regular sleeping schedule. Relax your face muscles if you can't fall a sleep. Also try eating some carbs before bed.

    Apple cider vinegar.

    I used it for skin. Worked quite fast to make my skin clean! Stopped using it though since it burns a lot on my face! The Smell is also rather potent.

    I use single vitamins. That way I get more of the stuff I really need. Multivitamins can give some vitamin too much and some vitamin too less.

    Try vitamin d supplements. Also staying in the sun gives you some vitamin d. Some foods are also high in vitamin d like carrots.

    Use sunscreen and cover your skin with clothing. Especially cover places that burn easily like back.

    Energy drinks are indeed unhealthy. They are high in caffeine and sugar, which both cause dehydration and lead to diseases like diabetes.

    Yes, they are high in calories and have much simple carbs. They are not a problem though if you don't eat over your calory needs.
