    Caffeine for pain?

I believe it is dependant on the cause. For instance it is excellent for migraines, where the blood vessels in the brain dilate, causing pain. Caffeine causes them to constrict. On the other hand it is terrible for normal headaches, wherein the blood vessels are already constricted.

    How Long Should We Meditate?

I agree-there simply are not enough hours in the day to give that much time to meditation. Maybe if you were on holiday and it was one of your primary aims, but otherwise I don't think it's feasible.

    Sinus Relief

When using pine you can actually omit eucalyptus. It is a good alternative, and in fact since eucalyptus can cause seizures in individuals who suffer from epilepsy, it is the preferred product for those folks.

    Soy for Menopause

I hear that the estrogen like properties of Soy can help with coping with menopause. What dose should you take, or how much in a day should you be aiming for?

    Sinus rinse - Neti Pots

Neti pots are WONDERFUL! I suffer from allergies, and it helps a heap in keeping my sinuses from getting stuffed up and painful. It's horrible when they are totally blocked.

    Negative Effects of Aromatherapy?

Ok again, aromatherapy is not just about smells. The oils have actual therapeutic properties, and may be absorbed through the skin, may be anti-bacterial or good for other things. So it's not just about smell. Camphor was always used-its wonderful, but yes you should be over two years. At...

    Athlete's Feet

I've not tried it but am interested. I suffer from time to time with it. Can it be chilled in the fridge before use? It seems it would be awfully soothing!
