No, caffeine doesn't help. This is why I am almost positive that it's starting out as a tension headache. I think it's chronic. It's there just about 24/7, but varies in intensity most of the time.

My pain can be anything from a minor twinge if I turn the wrong way, to a deep, painful ache. It can also be sharp or stabbing at times.

I have severe anxiety as it is, and when I start to feel overwhelmed, it can definitely lead to panic attacks. It stinks. :(

Does a hiatal hernia always produce a bulge from the stomach? Or is the "bulge" on the inside?

I get cysts just about every single month. They come on both sides, varying in degree of intensity. Heat and ibuprofen helps. My pain is typically from the middle of my cycle, all the way until I start my period.
