    How long to dried herb roots keep?

    As long as it is stored properly and air tight it should last quite some time. Make sure it is dried really good before you store it so that it doesn't draw moisture and mold.

    Vanilla is always soothing for me as well as lavender. Both scents really calm me down and sooth me. I have also recently taken a liking to patchouli as well.
